Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

• Cancellations within 7–13 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 6 days of the event; however, you may transfer your registration to a future course or another attendee.

• In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
