Welcome to Babymoon Wellness

Hi! Iā€™m Maddison, I facilitate bodywork, wellness, and fitness sessions for women during the perinatal phase. This often looks like curating breathwork sessions for individuals, couples and groups, supporting women in planning for parental leave from a corporate structure lens, and guiding health coaching programs using an integrative nutrition approach unique to the post partum journey.

I created Babymoon Wellness from my joy of discovering and sharing all of the ways I have been able to explore, simplify, overcome, or accept the challenges of new motherhood. I strive to amplify the joy in each day as a new mom while minimizing risk, stress, and ultimately the fear of the unknown (whenever possible).

Parenting has been my favorite experience and I hope to spread a positive approach to each aspect of raising babies and I believe the first step is to wholly accept that each of us will have such unique paths to becoming the parents we dream to be.

I am driven by the core beliefs that you cannot hold a baby too much, how you do one thing is how you do anything, and life should be fun!
